How can I schedule a free phone consultation?
Please call me directly at 301-792-7778. If I’m not available to answer the phone when you call, please leave a message on my confidential voicemail. I will return your call personally, and I will make every effort to do so within 24 hours. During your free phone consultation, we can decide together if I am a good match for your therapeutic needs. If your issues are outside my areas of expertise, I will be happy to refer you to other local professionals who are qualified to help you.

Also, I can’t guarantee the security and privacy of the information you send me via email. I answer each email personally, so if you don't hear back from me it means I didn't receive your email.
Do you accept health insurance?
I do not participate with any insurance plans, so clients pay me directly at the time of service. However, because I am a Licensed Psychologist, most insurance plans provide some level of reimbursement for my services. Please check with your insurance company regarding the specifics of your coverage for individual therapy with an "out of network" Licensed Psychologist.
How long does each therapy session last?
My typical therapy session lasts 50 minutes. Some clients prefer to schedule longer sessions.
How often will I come to therapy?
Most of my clients come to therapy once a week. Occasionally, some clients find it useful to schedule two sessions per week.
